Hi, how do I align the bush shadow occluder, and which Pano environment is it for?

I think it works best with DTMO - Outdoor Pano F

Here are some quick scenes with and without the DTMO - Bushes Shadow Occluder (Instances)

For positioning I just changed the Y placement. I think depending on the render size you don't need to position it accurately.

Is it possible to make our own shadow occluder like the bush shadow occluder in Daz Studio?

You are welcome!

Yes you can create the necessary properties yourself. Select the object that should work as a shadow catcher and in your content library start a script called Scripts\Utilities\Create Advanced Iray Node Properties

This adds a property in the Parameters pane → Display → Rendering → Iray → Enable Iray Matte Set it to On to work as a shadow catcher.

 

This example from my gallery uses a shadow catcher from the Iray HDRI Toolkit
