incomplete render?

when I render a picture I keep getting little white dots that do not render, how do I get rid of them?

Some shaders need a minimum of light to render correctly. Try adding some lightning to your scene, it's so dark that you can hardly see anything.

Night scenes are not easy to compose, as the balance between what must be seen and what should look dark is very subtle.
