I am looking for the source product for a texture, but am I to conclude it's already been removed?

There is currently the texture for an old G3F outfit being offered: https://www.daz3d.com/jackyline-outfit-textures

However, the product it is supposed to support isn't listed on the store page. The archive document for the above file refered to this: http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/read_me/index/23096/start.

But when trying to to find it in the store, my search is coming up totally empty.

Am I to assume it's gone into the Vault?

    Apparently it was made by the PA Zoe, whom I've never heard of, and who doesn't seem to still be a PA.
