Problem with Faust HD for Genesis 8.1 Male and for Mick - ID 81899

Hi

when I login into my account in DAZ Studio, the product  "Faust HD for Genesis 8.1 Male and for Mick" is showed having an update.
If I try install it, after some time, it looks not having installed a single files and remains with an update avaiable.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling many times but the bug remains.
Is there a server problem ?

Does it work? Sometimes a file will fail to register as updated due to the path length limits in Connect, but will be installed and working for DS which is not affected (the mismatch is being worked on according to the change loghttp://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/software/dazstudio/4/change_log ). Check the log file after trying to update to see what errors are beign thrown - Help>Troubleshootin>View Log File.

If I try Uninstall and Reinstall it works (I can load the figure) but I have always an update avaiable to do.

Well, I don't think those files - which look to be parts of the base and anatomical elements - should be in a character set so it may simply be bad references. You could try uninstalling again, then find the product's entry in the Content Library in the Products list, right-click on the container (the "folder"), and delete it, then Connect.Update Metadata and try reinstalling - they may have been bad references since purged. If the issue persists please open a support ticket as I think the product data may need updating.
