Cannot process order "Please correct any displayed errors & fill out all required fields (*)"

Hi all,

I'm just putting this here for record keeping before I submit a ticket in hopes DAZ will honor my purchase. 

I cannot go through my order as I keep getting this error:

"Please correct any displayed errors & fill out all required fields (*)"

There are no "*" whatsoever in the page and everything is in order like any other purchase I've done in the past. I'm using my store credit which is a very decent amount for the ~$11 i'm trying to buy.

I have to leave to work now, so I don't have time to submit a ticket before the day ends (in Utah time). I've taken screenshot of my cart which I plan to use as evidence as my intent for purchase. 

Fingers crossed DAZ will honor it.

    Same thing is happening to me ... cannot use store credit.   Seems to be happening to several people now.

    Give it about 10 minutes and there should be an update to the site.

    Thank you, btw when I checked my account info -- my birthday fields were not filled out. Hate to ask but um, is everything okay over there?

    We didn't bring over the birthday fields from the old store so unless you added them after we re-added them to the new store they went missing, but have re-added them because the marketing team wants to bring back some birthday promotions someday.

    Thanks all for sharing your experiences.

    I had few items from the $1.99 group from yesterday and obviously are no longer that cheap. Luckily the other items I had are those from the 8 x $2.99 which are still on sale. I'll split the purchase and see if DAZ will honor the 1.99 price.

    However, it sometimes is at a somewhat higher price.

    $1 more, or "buy something else too," or ... and the best, if they just keep it to the $1.99.
