What happens if you go to Windows > Workspace > Select Layout and select a layout?

    Can reopen it.

    Window>Panes>Viewport

Use mouse pointer to grab the frame near the little tab on it.Then position it where you want it and drop it.

The area it will connect to should turn a different color so you can see where it's going to attach itself when you let it go.

I think you can move the whole block to the right, and when a yellow line shows up drop it.

When you get your layout back, you can save it, so if anything happens again you can reload it.

    Window>WorkSpace>Select Layout

Looks like you were using one of the "City Limits" layouts.

Click it to get that pane group back on the right side.

Once you have everything just like you want.

Save your layout and your style.

    For workspace...

    Window>Workspace>Save Layout

    For Style...

    Window>Style>Save Style as

When saved, you can fix either one or both if they get messed up.

This works also, can be a bit difficult to hit the side frame of the viewport, but very much can be done.
