Wizard Island Sky backdrop?

This product's promo image shows a backdrop of sky and clouds that looks like a watercolor painting. It's very beautiful.

But I can't figure out if the sky is a separate product or included in the Wizard Island environment?

Or maybe it's just a Photoshop brush?

Any help is appreciated.

    How do you pull up the readme? I don't see a link anywhere on the product page. 

    I got to the readme with the link in your response.

    If you have the Daz Deals add-on installed in your browser then a link does appear on the product page (I find it invaluable) - otherwise you need to navigate to the docs area of the website and go through the index by product id.
