I would really love to have a "Dark Mode" function in DazCentral.
Does anyone know if it is possible to get?
The strong light from the white background is harsh on the eyes. Especially when I have to spend time finding what I am looking for.
I would also love to have some of the same search filters available in DazCentral as on the Daz3D website. You know, like "People and Wearables", "Animals and creatures" and so on.
That would make DazCentral a lot more useful to me.
Are there others who have suggestions for changes or improvements to DazCentral?

Would love to help, but I have never used daz central or connect and naver plan to. Would probably reach the intended target if you put this in a support ticket
Daz Install Manager has a mid-tone UI, https://www.daz3d.com/get_install_manager/ - it should inherit all of your Daz Central settings. It also has more advanced filtering options, including soem pre-rolled strings if you install its default filters.
Thanks. I most often use Install Manager, but only when I know what I am looking for by name. It does not show thumbnails like Daz Central do.
It's really good with thumbnails when you're looking for something specific, but do not know what it's called or are looking for inspiration in certain themes you own.
In my view it's a real shame that Daz Central is so close to being usable, but still so far away due to a few adjustments to the program.
If I'm the only one who has this wish for Daz Central, I'll probably not get far with a support ticket :P
Daz Install Manager can be told to get thumbnails - select everything, while on line, and right-click>Retrieve Thumbnails>All Selected (as I recall).
True, but as I remember, you need to hover your mouse above the name before the thumbnails appear. So it will not give that quick overview I am looking for.
No, that is true - I wasn't quite sure what you meant.
I use the store to find what I want to install. Then I just type in the name into Daz Install Manager.
Granville; Yes, that does the trick perfectly well when the Daz-Deals add-on for the store works, because it allows you to find only what you own.
Unfortunately, it does not work at the moment, which made me try DazCentral again, hoping they had updated the program and made it attractive to use :D
I would like to see a filtering system similar to what is found in DazStudio, as it is a nightmare to fine things by a specific category.
That would be a blessing, I am just starting out with building my library but I would not want to use DazCentral if I had a lot more items, Finding something takes ages unless you know specifically what its called.
