Medieval Princess Question

Based on the promo images, I am assuming hood/cloak cannot be removed from the new Medieval Princess outfit? Is that correct?

    The readme says there are items in Smart Content under Dresses and under Outerwear, the dress and cape are listed separately on the what's included morph list, and the file list has separate Data folders for dress and cape so it looks as if they are separate items.
