Broken Scripts

What is the deal with all the broken scripts for older products?

This is really starting to become a problem.

I just went to load FM Road To Hell and it refused to load. Had to move the Studio companion script out of the way to get it to load.

ANNOYING.

Why are all these old scripts suddenly broken? Or is it just me?

I'm not sure what you mean by scripts. I don't see one listed for that product. Do you mean the studio preset in the folder with the poser product that should in theory auto apply when you load the product in Studio?

I don't have Road to hell, and I haven't yet installed some of the others, but Winter, Top of the World, The Rock, Mountain Trail, Greenlands and Eternal Sands all load without script errors (the OBJ files for The Rock seem to be AWOL, goodness knows how I managed that).

Khory, yes in this case I am referring to the scripts that are supposed to load the Studio presets along with the product... so you don't see them unless you look for them (but they all have the icon in the corner of the thumbnail).

I swear I have this problem all over the place, not jut with this... scripts fail to do anything. In this case, the product items won't even load. I had to move the scripts to a sub directory to get the thing loaded.

If you look in the log file after trying to load via the script are there any messages? Do you get an error in the interface?

Of course, it now bloody well works!

It was doing nothing before. Must have been some sort of glitch

Good, since I recognise the code as my hack for loading an item with a materials preset.
