Lovey Bear Re-energized

Yes, the subject line "Lovey Bear Re-energized" seem to fit quite well.  It appears that the lovely bear has been restored with a new SKU in the store. 

I was building a "Build your own bundle" bundle and had found what I wanted but needed a last one to complete.  When I saw the bear I was sure I already had purchased that one so I checked my library, and yes, there it was.  So I put it in my cart anyway to see what happened. Now I have two, apparently identical bears, in my library. 

I hope this is a mistake and not a new trend, giving restored products a new SKU.

    I have the litttle guy also! Here is the promo pages from 2018 when I purchased him.

    So that begs the question, was the original Lovey Bear SKU 2151, and the Re-Energized one supposed to be SKU 013280 all this time?

    (Correct sku number, dropped last 0 initially.)

    In that case they must have updated the original with the new Re-energized one at some point, for the current files for the two SKUs seem to be identical.  The old 2151 has a legacy installer as well though.

    I just realized I messed up the new sku, left off the last 0. Should be 013280.

    I am just grateful you pointed this out because as I reinstall products, I find I have to search for some that have had their names changed, or something else is weird and so it can't be found easily.

    According to the description now, the original was updated to match this new version as well. I don't have either version. Was this a recent update? It doesn't list anything about the mats changing so I'm assuming it wasn't updated for Iray?

    I looked at the promo I posted above that I downloaded in 2018 and an online promo for SKU 013280 and found a difference here:

    I see no reference to Iray. But when I have used the bear with the pz2 mats I had no issues. Also, shaders could be helpful in updating the little guy easily.

    My email receipt for the SKU 2151 version says 2017-03-14 and the product name on the receipt is "Lovey Bear Re-energized", so the product itself must have been updated already before that.
