Problem with OOT Heroic Curly Style Hair

Hi all,

I bought the new OOT/RY Yeanny bundle but have run into a problem with the hair - I have the materials, blending options, etc but the hair itself is missing.   I've checked lost & found folders, etc, but no sign of the hair itself.   Anyone else had this problem, or know how to fix it?

    I found the same problem with OOT Heroic Curly Style Hair that you have.  I was able to find the hair under Content Library but can't find it in Smart Content under Hair but did find the materials, blending options, etc. under All Files intstead.  I discovered this later yesterday and haven't had a chance to put in a ticket for it yet.

    I don't own the product, but you might want to check Lost & Found.  If it's there, you can right-click categorize it properly until support gets it fixed, which could take months.

    Lost & Found was my first thought, but it's not there.   Another oddity is that in rge materials folders  the hair beads are caregorized as 'vwhicles' so I think maybe something went wrong with the metadata when the product was packaged.

    It's not showing up under any category in Smart Contact for me. I can find it under Content Library, but in Smart Contact, it's as if it's not installed at all.
