Lately, I find that I like Bonnie 8.1's skin textures for realism. It's pretty and quite believable to me. Other than that, Bluejaunte characters have good skins. Oh, and Gia 7 has lovely skin. I use that one a lot too.

Personally I like Ceridwen skin the most, because it has a realistically mottled pale skin tone with veins, visible pores, small imperfections in the texture, yellowish feet soles, detailed fingers etc.

    Here are my favorites:

Sahel HD & Signature Smile HD Expression for Genesis 8 Female IMHO Sahel has an outstanding texture and HD details and mixes well with other characters/morphs.

Charlotte 8 No specific reaon, I just really like her, the only downside is her makup isn't usable for every render.

I also use the characters I have from iSourceTextures quite a bit. the textures are quite realistic, and the HD details can often be used on other characters as well.

Another favorite of mine not from here is MDD Brianne for G8F by Maddelirium at Renderosity. Geat base character and great skins!!

I don't know what's the most realistic (or sexy, for that matter) but these are my favourites:

    G8F:

Mia  from Zev0 (the darker version)

Sara from DO and Cherubit ... I love the way that SSS works with this skin.

    Noemi and Misumi from BlueJaunte

My most used G8M skins are:

Luke and Seb both from Emrys

I use a lot of older character skins but these would not qualify in the sexy category (and I speak as an oldie myself so I hope I'm not being ageist). Indeed, they don't qualify as realistic either because they tend to have painted on details (creases, folds and lines) which annoys the bejeezus out of me.

“Sexy” skins to me imply clear healthy skin without large pores or imperfections (except freckles or well placed moles.) I like Mousso, Addy, and Freja skins for that. Also the original V7 and many G3 skins, although many need a bit of adjusting. They are more like magazine supermodel skins.

What people call “realistic” tend to have a lot of imperfections, large pores, zits, etc... Bluejaunte and iSource Textures are good at that but I wouldn’t use those for glamour shots. Glamour shots of real people are all postworked in Photoshop anyway for magazines or influencer posts so if you’re going for glamour, the skins don’t have to have all the pores, peach fuzz and other “realistic” details that can detract from beauty. Those are all edited out on real people who want to look attractive or “sexy.” There are several phone apps to fix these imperfections for real life selfies that most influencers use.

To get realism, it’s more about the morph, pose and expressions. I think realistic expressions and poses make or break realism more than skins if you’re doing postwork. Real people and ads/magazines all use filters and tons of postwork these days. Some people even think my most postworked arty looking people are actually real people because of realistic morphs, poses and expressions. Sexiness is often expressed most in the eyes and expression. Fully clothed characters with smooth skin can look realistic and sexy with the right expressions. But postwork is necessary. Most straight renders do not look that good or realistic IMO.
