Keymate missing in 4.8 release

So, I'm really sorry if somebody's already addressed this - I've been looking and looking and can't find an answer. I've been using keyMate for DAZ Studio since version 4.5-ish. When I updated to version 4.8.0.55, I couldn't find keyMate there. I uninstalled and reinstalled keyMate (tried doing it with DIM AND with the manual install file), and now it shows up in the list of plugins, but when I go to Window > Tabs to find the keyMate tab, it does not appear in the list. I have seen some posts saying I'll need to re-enter the serial number, but there's nowhere for me to do that in the About Plugins window. What am I missing?

    It should show OK - if you are using the beta not the release then uninstalling and reinstalling should have fixed the missing plug-in. Is it showing at all in help>About Installed Plug-ins?

    It's the release. And yes, it does show up in About Installed Plug-ins (it even shows up as "loaded"). However, when I go to View > Tabs to pull up the Keymate tab, it doesn't show up there.

    Sorry, I have no idea why that would happen. Unless someone else comes along with a suggestion I think you will need to open a support ticket.

    I have this too in the release version of DS4.8., and it works OK It has the Green plug symbol, but the important thing may be listed in the Information panel at the bottom. Mine says Version 1.0.0.5 is that what yours says?

    Mine is also version 1.0.0.5. I think I've sort of fixed it, though. I was able to get the tab open by right-clicking a docked pane, then clicking "Add Pane (Tab)". It's still not showing up in the "Window > Tabs" list, though, but at least I did find a way to get the tab back.
