JUst bought a Product but It doesn't contain the files it Wants,,,,since 2019?

This product has been on the Daz3d store i think since 2019 It's Ceejay a character and he comes with clothes. the rest of his stuff works but when you load his pants you get a meessage saying that these morphs can't be found and it gives the path and sure they're not there.

And this product has been up in the store since 2019 i think. I think i saw it way back but i didn't get it but today i got it. But if it's been around that long and Daz hasn't looked at this problem that the author didn't include the files it needs...then, many people are getting bad product/waste of money.

What should i do? Does daz fix this problem or do they give money back?

    I searched manually and don't own him, I own so much without looking I would not have known

    How did you install it? I have it and the pants load up just fine for me. If you download it from your Product Library what size is the zip file? Are all the files in your zip?

    I've had this since buying it upon its initial release. DIM install. Absolutely no issues either then or on-going.

    I have the pants and all just like you and they appear and even load but i get an error saying some 2 morph files do not exist and it gives the path and when i goto that path in windows explorer theyre not there. I installed via Manual zip file.

    Yes, here you go and these files don't exist because they don't exist in the zip file either. So it's weird

    I suppose it is no coincidence that CeeJay's pants are a derivative of Amber's Jeans, which are referenced several times in the files for CeeJay's pants. Do you perchance have Amber Clothing and Accessories for Genesis 8 Female(s)? There might be an internal naming conflict there. If the Amber Jeans have the same ID, CeeJay's pants might get off track looking in the wrong place.
