Light shader for Iray?

I'm only just starting to play with Iray, but I'velearned you don't use UE2 lights with it, so I'm wondering is there a light shader for Iray?
I'm thinking of use like having a tv screen project light into the room its'in.

Looks like there is a light surface and a product is coming (or is out) with a lot of presets:

You can use Daz default lights, or create your own using primitives as mesh light using emissive. Or pick up Real Lights for DAZ Studio Iray.

To use tv screen as light source, select tv screen in surface tab > shader preset > Iray > Daz uber > Iray base > Emissive.

When you create lights for Iray look under the lights tab and it is the photometric settings you want.

Look at my sig for the Iray page; there's a listing for a tutorial on lighting by SickleYield.

The Dome group in Render Settings gives environment lighting like UE. Ambient Occlusion isn't something that makes sense since it's way to imitate the kind of calculation that Iray does for real, as is the bounce setting in UE.

You can use the Iray Uber Shader for area lights - just set Emissive colour to something other than black and the rest of the controls will be exposed in the Surface pane.

It seems there is also an occlusion in Iray when you use the interactive mode. It doesn't look like UE occlusion though when rendered
