help with vintage-motorcycle material presets

I think the lic plate material loaded but the materials for the full bike are not loading, 

there is an error log it says, if that will help to see what the issue is can you polease let me know where to find the error log and Ill put it up here,

    The log file is in Help > Troubleshooting > View Log File

    polease let me know where to find the error log

    C:\Users\YOUR_NAME\AppData\Roaming\DAZ 3D\Studio4\log.txt

    there is an error log it says

    This is a DAZ-Poser prop. Be sure that in Edit > Preferences > Content > Content Directory Manager > Poser Format

    you also have the link to the DAZ Library where is the bike. Link (probably) needs to be both in :

    Content Sets > DAZ Studio Formats

    Content Sets > Poser Formats.

    Problem could be that ? A friend at work has this motorcycle bundle and all I can say is that it loads and renders just fine.

    I reinstalled through DIM same result, I could not find it under poser formats/pose still 

    searching for error log my Roaming only has an abelton folder, nothing for daz 3d, can it also be accessed through the menu bar?

    It does work, when I loaded a new bike for different scene , there must have been something wrong in that original scene wit hthe bike that I was having trouble in
