I just made a purchase and paid, but the Daz site keeps on 'processing' ...


What to do?

    You could refresh the page. If the purchse did not go through, you can put in a ticket if you're worried about a double charge.

    I tried refreshing, and after some five times, it worked.

    The purchase seems to have been accepted.

    I've had this happen a number of times. Even though it looks like it's still processing, it's actually gone through. I checked my Product Library here in my account info and it's always in there, and I get the email confirmation. I think the web page is just caught in "cybervoid" or something.

    That's happened to me once, I got the confirm email like normal. I decided to open another tab and check the Product Library, abd my order was there. Closing the processing tab didn't affect anything. I didn't want to refresh in case something gets charged twice.

    ...I've had that occur, even brought it up here as well as submitted a ticket   Apparently the order went though even though it appeared it didn't.  Next time that happens in another tab go to your Orders and on the drop down menu in the upper right to see if it already is posted..  Another way to check your Product List on your account page, the newest items will always be at the top.
