Star Fury Problems. Need Answers.

I want to Export Star Fury MKII as a Cr2. This shouldn't be a problem even though the DUF is a prop. The problem is when I go to export I only export the Pads or the Wheels.
Checking again there seems to be no STAR FURY Prop!!
What are my options?

This is probably because the main ship is a rigged figure, not a static prop. Are you sure you're looking in the right folder for the main figure?
A search brings up lots of material files, pose files, camera files and two prop files. One prop file for pads and One prop file for wheels.
Here is the thing. I can load the Star Fury Mk II. It shows up in my pane just fine choosing either wheels or pads. I believe it's because it's two different versions of the same model. Pads for the future and wheels for the present. Cool. Very Cool.
But why can't I export it the same way I exported SCI-FI marina? The marina had lots of different mini props. They all showed up. They all exported.
It's frustrating.
CR2 export works on only a single selected item, not a parented hierarchy - or are you trying to create a PoserCF CR2, rather than an actual Poser character file?
I believe I am trying to make it a Poser Cr2.
Earlier I referenced a Sci-Fi Marina. I meant to say outpost. The outpost is listed as a possible CR2.
Should I try to make Poser Companion Files and try it again? Rather, is it possible?
Thanks for your reply!
I include the Outpost render as my thanks.
If it's just parented props it should be possible to create PoserCFs and then bring them into Poser via the DSON Importer, or even just export as OBJ as long as there's no use of edge-weighting. Materials would of course be another matter, but that's true of the CR2 option too. The Outpost is, as far as I know, a rigged figure so that will export as CR2.
Thank you Richard!
I've never created Poser Companion Files (PoserCF) before and I have a wedding to attend this tomorrow some distance away from here. Still there are enough articles on it that I'm more than willing to give it a try. I like Star Fighters and I want this one. When I return I'll give it a try. Really, I've been exporting my models rather than importing them. I want that importer to work. I have the DAZ Horse 2 but exporting it didn't give me the results or functionality I expected. This should be simpler as I only have to worry about landing gear.
The Starfire is functional but it should be upgraded as a cheap fighter it's to continue to rule space. I want the StarFury MK II.
I just tried making my own Metadata. First, however I had to fix my DSON importer problem. The answer was so very simple. I added the DAZ Library as a runtime in Poser and suddenly I had 105 different models that I didn't have to export at all! The DAZ Horse 2 looks great and posing and adding morphs to all my characters works very well.
Now to the task at hand. Creating Poser Companion Files for the Star Fury Mk II.
After checking all the files, I found the prop, material and pose files were already DUF format. That's okay, I need practice digging around in the DAZ Library.
I went to the Content Library, selected the My DAZ Library as a directory, selected CR2 (probably a mistake) and politely asked the program to the Conversion.
DAZ gave me a fatal error and then promptly shut down. Failure. Utter Failure.
Perhaps I didn't map something properly. I'll try mapping it to the Poser runtime/My DAZ Library and see what happens.
Second try.
Knowing That everything is already in DUF format, I read the How to Create Poser Companion Files again and this time just decided to go with the defaults. After all, DAZ is filled with geniuses. They are amazing. Without changing almost anything, So I clicked the button again and this time NO ERRORS. NO CRASH!
I can only think this means the Poser CF files were made properly. Nice job me! However, I can't find the files. Since the StarFury isn't listed in my runtime, the files aren't there. But if everything went through without an error message or a crash, How can I find where they are listed?
If the program doesn't place the Poser CF's in the runtime automatically, where does it output them?
Much thanks to the Richard Hazeltine and WandW.
WandW responded in another similar thread that just answered my last question.
After creating the Poser Companion Files (aka PoserCF's) You go to C:\Users\(adminname)\Documents\DAZ 3D\Studio\My Library\Runtime\Libraries\props\DSON Conversions for lights, Props, materials etc.
Once there, move the newly made files into the My Daz 3d Library that was made when you downloaded and installed Poser DSon Installer and should be installed as a runtime.
Render and Profit. Proof is shown below.
So yes, You can use DAZ Props in Poser and it works quite well.
Same Render shown as in the thread mentioned above so poser people won't feel like DAZ has abandoned them. They haven't!!
*adminname is the account name which you are using when you made the files.
