any one used clothes converter

has any one used clothes converter in Fast grab?
I bought it and initially seemed to work ok but soon found spiking on V2 shoulders near elbows converting V4 clothes
it seems consistent no matter which outfit same point
I can get the rest fitting very well and have the bones for skirts too, was hoping to dress some of my older figures but wondering if V2 is just too extreme a choice.
Fitting M4 regency clothes to Poser James worked fine

Generally that happens when the mesh falls just outside the fall-off zones for the joints. You can usually fix it by using the Joint Editor tool to slightly scale the inner sphere for the affected rotation - set the target using the drop-down in the Tool Settings pane. Not a piece of clothing, but it was the first Legacy Rig figure that came to hand:
