Help with ID of Gen 2 character

Does anyone recognize the Genesisi 2 character used in the promos for this product:

    That's a good guess - maybe it's one of the morphs for her.

    Pm I13 and ask her what it is, she might answer.

    I'm not sure about the Mei Lin guess, to me it looks like a custom character that I13 made for herself, in fact it kinda looks like her. One of the newer pose sets she released here last week looks like it might use the same character.
