Chinese Face and Body Shapes for Genesis 3 and 8 Female not working

Hi everyone
I have just installed the Chinese Face and Body Shapes for Genesis 3 and 8 Female
Sliders are there but not working, as not changing the shape and the shape presets do not work either.
i have tried a fresh installation on another PC, but the problem is the same. Any idea?

Do you have the Genesis 3 & 8 Starter Essentials installed?

Yes I have installed Gen 3 & 8 and all other morphs /shapes are working properly.
Please don't post images of textured, nude figures.
How did you install the content? If you load the figure, try to set the slider, and then go to Help>Trouibleshooting>View Log File are there any messages relating to the shape at, or near, the end of the file? You certainly are not the first person to see something like this.

These are not morphs, they are just shaping presets.
If you don't have the head and body morph packs for G3F or G8F then this product wont do anything.
