CTRL + S not saving my latest scene

Why CTRL + S doesn't save my latest scene?

I hit CTRL + S just before doing some testing.

But then when I opened the scene again, the pose of my characters are not the momentI hit CTRL+S. Thus I had to redo my work.

Why is this happening?

Do other shortcuts, like ctrl Z for undo or ctrl R for render, work? Which version of Daz Studio are you using - Help>About Daz Studio.

Generally speaking, when a shortcut isn't working you can always press F3 ('Customize', see also the Windows => Workspace menu) and then find the option you're after (in your case this would be listed under "File"), and then check what shortcuts have (or haven't) been assigned.

This is also the area where you can customize all of this as you please.

In my opinion this is one of Daz Studio's best features: complete control over pretty much everything

    Other shortcut works.

The CTRL + S is processing. But somehow it's not saving the last condition of my scene. It happens several times.

  • It does but ...

DAZ needs very long time to write it down and clear up the RAM...you can use windows performance monitor and watch process tab to figure by yourself what im talking about.

For example ...my current opened scene uses 29 GB. When i exit DAZ,  it would be needed like 15-20 mins for DAZ to clear his crap behind him and shut down processs... so if you turned off your computer in that period its very possible its is not saved everything.

Safest way is save the scene and create new and then exit program. It will took ages to do it,  but i dont know better way to handle this problem
