Getting a material smooth?/Replicating shader/material?

Hello! I am trying to recreate this suit, and I know it is lighting but i'm trying to get the material to match the shininess of the black parts or the leg plates. But I keep ending up with this blocky pattern on the torso, I was wondering if it was possible to use (That left side colors are from the latex suit under the plate) that material and change the white plating. 

The plates are from the Deep Dive 6 suit 

and the shaders I usually have that are giving me this are from the https://www.daz3d.com/uber-iray-skin-tight-shine ;

The under layer rubber suit I got from renderotica I believe. 

Basically I'm trying to get that smooth shine this other artist is getting in the cropped pic.

    I still see the blocky pattern on the "goal" picture, so it might just be part of the underlying geometry, and not something that any shader settings are going to remedy.
