I don't know if there is a section dedicated to this, could not find it, but theres definitely should be one. So, here we are.
I will be updating this list for as long this post is alive (or its author) and unlocked. Feel free to add your own thoughts, naturally.
1. Purchaced Items. If I need to reinstall a specific item, when I press PURCHACED button on the item's page, I should be taken to Download Page, not having this item added to my Carrt because it doesn't make any sense.

When an item is purchased, on the product page at the left of the "purchased" button, click on the downward arrow and you are taken to the download page of the product.
It could be useful, but you can do the same in the "product library" tab of "my account". You can search a product by name (and with the "dazdeals" plugin you also have all the thumbnails) and when you have found the product, you have on its download page a link to its order.
Moved to the Commons as it is about the site, not Daz Studio.
+1 to what @alainmerigot said. I find myself using the Product Library a ton once I found it. If your browser is wide enough, it will display each page with thubnails of the image. I do wish they would improve the filters on the search area to include more than a text searh. For example, sometimes I just want to find all clothes for Genesis 8, 8.1. The shop search includes these filters, but the product library search doesn't.
Thank you for the tip on Product Library, I missed that and it does makes things a bit easier. Going to remove that point now. However, what downward arrow on the products page are you talking about? I just don't see it.
You need to have the daz deals plugin installed to see that option, just google daz deals
It may be part of DAZ Deals, which you don't have installed.
Thank you. Though, paint me spoiled but this plugin thing is rather silly, because buying something you already own still meakes no sence what so ever and rederecting the red button to downloads should have been an obvious choice.
Fine, go look thru your product libary then if you don't want the convenience.
Not really, it is important to be able to rebuy something. Just an example. There is presently a deal like "buy 8 items for $2.99". In this deal, if you pick 7 items, you pay full price, but for 8 you get an important discount. Now, what will you do if you have all the tems but seven and some items interest you. Being able to rebuy an item will give you a set of 8 items and make you gain money.
I hate hanging on words, but they carry meaning and information, which should be properly conveyed to evoid missunderstandings. You can only gain money by spending money if you buy a lottery ticket and win more then you spent. What you're describing is saving the money.
In the deals you've mentioned, why not choose 8 items you do not own? Because if you're picking something you already have, you simply lose full advantage from that deal.
I don't mind an option to repurchace something, though if you need it for something like those deals you've mentioned, there's already something very wrong with it. In any case it definitely shouldn't be the main choice, a check box somewhere would be more then enough.
Yeah, there definitely should be a site Feedback/Suggestions/Requests forum, but then I suppose someone of executive capacity would have to acknowledge that users actually have Problems, Suggestions and Requests that might warrant engaging with the peasantry to some degree...
As is, this allows for the "nobody of official capacity reads the forums and you'll just have to file a ticket if you want to make a suggestion/complaint/request" response...
Granted, a few people probably would abuse that pretty quickly and probably make stupid requests and suggestions, but realistically the majority of such threads would probably address legitimate issues...
But hey, we got an NFT forum, which I'm sure was something everyone was just listless and losing sleep over and just totally FOMOed out about... that was probably the single most desired forum everyone wanted, so you know, the powers that be are definitely in tune with what their customers want*.
Lots of small app websites have such forums and even that other site that shall not be named, but starts with an "R" seems to have one.
But then again, we did get an NFT thread, which was something everyone wanted, so we shouldn't be greedy.
*I probably should not have to mention this, but that entire sentence or two there was deep, level 86, category 92 grade sarcasm with sprinkles on top.
There's NFT forum? Actually, why am I surprised...
I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks that a Feedback Forum is a good idea, it's practically a tradition for every company with selfrespect, and for a good reason. Not seeing potential in it is a bit shortsighted.
Sometimes free items trigger discounts. If the paid items that trigger the same discount are all things you'll never use, it makes more sense to re-buy the free item.
Yes, sadly there is, but in defense of most of us who've posted there, 90% of the comments are ridiculing NFTs and cryptocrap...
"Give the people what they want"... am I right?
Actually there are a few times when you might want to repurchase an item.
Sarcasm aside (though appreciated), your points are right on the money.
Good customer service is really hard. It's expensive to run, and that's why Google and Facebook try their hardest not to let you Talk To A Human.
The thing is that the forum is a great service desk all by itself, so it serves its purpose to keep customer service tickets lower probably. I mean our collective hivemind usually can tell a mystery product from a tiny thumbnail within mere minutes, no service desk can match that ;)
A board were we could provide feedback on certain issues and give developers a sense of needs on the customer side would be nice. Right now we must kind of guess that some employees are reading this (I know some do, but not all, and probably not consistently when they are busy)
