I don't have it, but in the promos, I can't see that the visor has an up position, only that it is made invisible.

And should at least be possible in the surface setting, to set cutout oppacity for the visor to 0.

Hi thanks for replying, I checked all possible settings for the helmet model and there is none at all, not even a switch to move the visor up or down, nothing to make it clear or invisible.

I am thinking about getting my money back on this item, cause its not as it shows in the images for sale.

  • before you do that, try the Surface tab as felis suggested. it won't say "open the visor" or "make the visor clear" or anything like that - but it's still possible to make the visor clear. I don't have the product either, so I don't know what the surface of the visor is called, but here's how you find out: first deselect everything in the Scene tab. Then click the Surface Selection Tool, and then click the visor in the viewport. That should outline the visor with a yellow line and also select the helmet in the Scene tab. (If it didn't, select it in the Scene tab now.) Then go to the Surface tab. Check that only the Helmet is selected in the left side of the pane, then look at the list of surfaces below it. One of them should be highlighted because you used the Surface Selection Tool to select the visor. Whatever is highlighted is the surface whose properties you're going to adjust next. Look for Cutout Opacity, and dial it down to zero. Let us know if that worked for you.

Never had a chance to use this awesome suit till now. But I just converted this outfit to Genesis 8 Female and the visor does have its own surface which can be hidden.
