I've already issued a ticket, but perhaps someone has run into the same problem and has managed to solve this?
I've just bought Ultrascenery XT and at first it wouldn't install (via DIM) on my Mac Studio. So I rebooted into Recovery Mode and disabled the system protection (SIP). The product then installed without any problems. However, as soon as I started Daz, it crashed immediately at startup. After uninstalling Ultrascenery, everything went back to normal.
There seems to be a problem with the Mac plugin, it seems. Any help?
As a side note, I can't install the Daz to Blender bridge without disabling SIP either, which is a bit weird since it's an official Daz product.

Just to verify, your Mac Studio has an M1 chip, correct?
If so, UltraScenery XT (Mac) will not work on it at this time. I have a MacBook Pro M1 and it crashed D|S repeatedly or just failed to open. Howie investigated it and the product now comes with a warning label. It does work on other Macs without the M1 chips I understand.
See the commercial thread.
Ah! Thank you for the info. I'll be asking for a refund then.
You might want to post to the vendor's thread https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/523766/ultrasceneryxt-large-terrain-landscape-generator#latest
