Motion blur effect to object

Hello, friends I want to ask is it possible to add motion blur to an object only in Daz I'm trying to create a sword scene and I want to add a blur when the sword swings? i have tried 3rd party software but I'm struggling to understand them :s

i have seen this - https://www.daz3d.com/motion-blur-for-iray

and I'm thinking of buying it but before i do i want see if there's any other options

That is a tool that takes multiple renders and then builds the blur from them - you could do the same manually.

Another options would be to create some blur effects in an image editor, apply them to planes, and position those in the scene to give a pseudo-motion blur effect - how practical that would be probably depends on what you want to blur, and how often, and how realistic you want the results to be (the main promo for that product is definitely stylised rather than realistic).

Yes, but not in IRay, you need to use 3Delight.

Perhaps the Daz Studio/Photoshop technique that Dreamlight demonstrates in his YouTube video, How To Create A Cool Motion Blur Effect In DAZ Studio (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TcjxasVhUUY), may be helpful.
