Missing files

I have a real problem with buying products at Daz only to find files are missing. I'm a professional cover artist, and I am not shelling out money for Daz assets for my health. I filed two different tickets for missing files this month. BOTH of them are STILL outstanding. One of them I filed the ticket on three weeks ago at least. They asked for more info, including me shooting a video of my trying to use the product, along with the log files. The cover I need those products for is due today. The author requested a white texture for the merman, whcih I bought. But since the file is missing, I have to give her a blue texture instead. I filed that ticket June 13th. I filed the other ticket May 28. No solution has been provided on either. I just checked them. To say that I am irate about this is an understatement. I have had this problem repeatedly. I know these products go through testing. Why don't they find this issue? A significant number of the products I buy here, I end up having to file support tickets on.

Normally, I'd quit shopping at a place that did this, but I need the products for my job.

Which files are missing? I don't recall any general complaints about the mermaid (though there are several to choose from)
