Noob question: fastest way to move custom textures jpg/png files

Hi all,
Whenever I modifiy an existing texture by adding a LIE or anything like that, DAZ will create a new "blended" file in the AppData/Roaming/..../Temp folder. I can save the material presert .duf file anywhere I want, but the actual .jpg/.png files are stored in that freaking temp file with a random name given by DAZ. Is there an easy method to move or re-save my material preset and choose where to save the actual jpg/png files with the name of my liking?
I have lots of custom characters and outfits with modified textures. It'll be a nightmare to move each file one by one.

Thanks for the suggstion! The asset has some other links that helped me understand a bit more about this topic and how DAZ handles LIE and whatnot (and part of the reason why some of my scenes take forever to load, in addtion to the 10000000000000000 morphs I have installed). I believe Skin Builder for G8F already does this but of course limited to well... G8F only.
