Save Pose Options

I have purchased a tutorial on posing and there is a section on the best way to save poses which details quite a long procedure for selecting the save options in the Save Pose dialogue panel. Is there a way to create a one-click profile of those options?

I usually start with a store-bought pose and then tweak it to how I need the figure posed in the scene. For years I have been doing this over and over again but there are poses that I could save and re-use regularly but that long procedure to save the pose is probably more involved than just doing the pose over each time.

Not sure what that procedure is, but how about selecting only those parameters with values? From the Options dialog, click the context menu on the upper right, and pick a selection group, like Check Only -> Check All Transforms Only, or  Check -> Check All Modified, then maybe Uncheck -> All Non-Transforms.

I can't really post the procedure because it is an important part of the tutorial PDF. Suffice to say that there is an options dialogue for Save Pose that has many settings, some of which are checked by default and others not. The tutorial details which to check and which to uncheck. From general transforms to individual body part rotations, etc. There is a whole section of the tutorial just on saving poses so it isn't just what you have outlined in your response. for which I thank you nevertheless.
