[DIM suddenly doesn't see My DAZ and installed products] It's like starting from the beginning.
everything is reset.
What could cause this and how to fix it?

I found the solution.
For you who have the same difficulty,
this will make the DIM recognize your installed products.
DIM > Click the gear icon > Advanced Settings > Installation TAB
Change the location of Manifest Archive to yours.
In my case it's located on the same folder of my downloaded folder.
The name of the follder is "Archive"
But I still doesn't have a clue why it's reset itself.
DO NOT use the same folder location as the downloads. The .dsx file generated by the installation (Manifest Archive) is not the same as the one you get when downloading (Package Archive). They should have different locations, hence the different settings. Before you download or install anything else, look thoroughly for the .dsx files created when installing. I do not recall the default location, but hopefully it was not the same as the downloads all this time. DIM keeps track of which archives are downloaded and what has actually been installed separately.
Assuming you mean two folders in the same location, is the downloads folder still correct? If you are using an external drive it is possible that the drive letter has changed, making all paths invalid.
@NorthOf45 Sorry, I meant the same parent folder.
@Richard Haseltine
The downloads folder also not correct.
I have to repoint the download folder also and DAZ3d Library folder too.
I don't use external drive.
My account credentials also empty.
I have to type in again. usually it's already there when I opened DIM.
That sounds as if something broke the .ini file in
%appdata%/daz 3d/InstallManager/UserAccounts/
Do you have a back-up of the version from when it was working?
I don't have a backup.
But, don't worry about it, after repointing, retype in, all work fine now. At least for now.
Make a backup copy now then :)
Yep. Did it. just in case
Make it like a bi-weekly or monthly practice to save backups.
