Can Daz process rendering on the background?

Rendering can take a lot of time.

I'm wondering wether DAZ can process rendering on the background while I work on my next scene.
Maybe also limit the resources, so I can still work, instead of waiting.

The Advanced tab of Render Settings can be used to limit which GPUs are used (if you have more than one), and how many CPU cores if you use (or drop to) CPU.

You could use two instances of DS - oner rendering, one for non-Iray (and non-dForce) scene set up. See Daz Studio Pro 4.12 - instances

daz 12 doesn't care how many you run I've often had up to three going at once.
Warning ... I believe there are issues potentially ... although I've never seen any. But I have dual zeons and 64g of ddr4 .. and yes, I'll work on a prop while a render goes in the background ... but again I have a titanx 12 so it can handle an 8g model and still think for other things.
Daz420 will run with a 412 even if you start it later because it doesn't look for 412 (I guess).

but again if you're on a laptop with 8g and onboard video.. probably not a reasonable idea.

hmm, the Gallery just let me upload that image to my gallery. So I upload via chrome in sys 10 to the gallery but not to forums.
