Is there a way to convert a complete G8m body texture to G8f?

Like the title says I want to convert a G8M texture to work on a G8F body but I hardly know anything about textures.

If you want to permanently convert the textures to a different UV, you'll want to familiarize yourself with the Map Transfer function.
