What are the values in your tonemapper options?
Miss Yami, do you know where to find the Tonemapper options? It's in the Render settings. Put your Film ISO between 100 and 135, leave everything else alone and try 11 or less for your Exposure Value. Those are safe settings to check your lighting.
I forgot the significance of the term tone mapping, so just in case anyone else is drinking coffee wondering where the hell their brain went last night (clearly mine was out raising hell and snuck back inside my head and was pretended to have been in there sleeping all night, but I'm not fooled), so I looked it up again and figured I'd put this here for anyone else who is suffering from bad brain or doesn't know or remember the term or its significance...

I used a ights preset and that fixed it.
