If you look in your library, can you then find the files, at the given path?

And is it when you try to load an object?

    And for which product?

    Product Information

    • Required Products: Redhouse Christmas Carol, Redhouse Sweet Shoppe

Do you have the required products?

the error messages are when the preload full scenes are opened

trying t ooopen the missing parts individually also brings up the error,

not sure what you meant felis, here is the image of the folder , they are there, weird the path doesnt work since it did for most of the scene

PerttiA, I have both sets, the second image was from the sweet shoppe

If you look in the file log Help > Troubleshooting > View Log File, does that provide more information?

    And how are you installing?

And do you let Daz Studio go online?

You are looking at Poser files again. The errors are for missing Studio files. There are Studio versions of all the products involved.

I uninstalled Through DIM ,  manually downloaded and dragged contents int omy daz3d library fodler-is that the proper way to manually download and install it? it doesnt show in DIM or the library

Do the DS versions of these products not show up in DIM? They should, so you should not have to download manually.

yes they were there with the errors upon loading, i uninstalled and manually now theres noting there, if i reinstall it will be missing the files or paths still

    Instructions for manual installation attached.

Do note, that if you are logging into DS and letting DS connect to DAZ servers, install and update your content, you will get stuff installed in at least two locations, with the one not-necessarily working, taking priority

Whats the advantage to being connected to daz servers?

If one is using DIM, DAZ Central or manual installation for installing content, logging in to DS and letting DS to connect to DAZ servers, is the opposite of advantage (=don't do it ever)

In oredr for Magic Shoppe to laod properly seems that fist the sweet shoppe needs this

    https://www.daz3d.com/redhouse-christmas-carol

but the description says also the Redhouse Christmas Carol Expansion 1 sets

am I going to need them both, (three including the sweet shoppe),  in order to make magic shoppe load good?

The Redhouse Sweet Shoppe is an expansion pack for the Redhouse Christmas Carol and Expansion 1 sets. This new pack features all-new textures and props that convert the RCC into a sumptuous Sweet Shoppe. Among the new props are an authentic Victorian till and scales, festive decorations, an additional counter, cookies and sweet jars. All this topped off with Redhosue Studios trademark textures.

Bonus: This set uses the sideshelves from the Christmas Carol base. It also uses the rugs and mat from the Christmas Carol Expansion 1 set (this expansion is required in order to use the Preload scene).

You won't need Christmas Carol Expansion for Magic Shoppe. The preload scene for the Sweet Shoppe needs only the rug from the Christmas Carol Expansion, but the Magic Shoppe does not have any rugs.
