CPU fallback is quite troublesome

For my previous posts, i mentioned that, my rendering speed would get slow down somehow, and I figured out that it is because of CPU fallback, the problem is, when I do a continuous render in the same scene, CPU fallback may arise, why is that? I did not even change any texture settings. The rendering speed for my 1st image is normal but CPU fallback hits my PC for the second one

What kind of system do you have, which GPU and how much RAM

Rendering drops to CPU if your GPU runs out of VRAM

Are you saving the image when done, before starting the next?

I'm sure I did save them before the next render
