2 Questions Regarding Octane Render Kit

I read that Octane Render is faster than Iray. It sounds promising, since I don't have the big gun of GPU.

But I have a few question though for clarity.

1. I tried to find images comparison between Iray and octane render. Preety hard to find. I just found one or two.
Could anyone maybe show links of more of this?

2. When using iray material on Octane Render, adjusment on the material is needed. Is that true?

Be aware that unlike Iray, Octane REQUIRES that you have a compatible NVidia GPU.
