Classic blowout hair problem

Hi everyone, 

I've bought this blowout hair, but now i'm trying to figure out how to make the hair normal. 
On the picture here the hair goes everywhere as you can see.
The shapes barely make it move, so i'm not sure what the problem is here?

    This hair needs to be simulated with dForce to fall into place.

    Quote from the product sales page:

    Classic Blowout Hair with dForce for Genesis 8 and 8.1 Female(s) is conforming only in base Initial Shape, and the haircut is specially designed for simulations with dForce Cloth Engine. This Product only works with dForce Cloth Engine.
