SOLVED : Spotrender question

Hello!
I wonder if it's possible to use spotrender to render a little part of a larger picture matching its corresponding size.
With that I mean I have a work with the render settings set to a certain size - say 1000 * 1000 pixels. And I want to render just a tiny part of that picture in its corresponding / correct size, to fix a minor error in a render that took me 13 hours to complete. So that I might use a postwork programme like photoshop to past that corrected part on top of the original render.
Is that possible to do such a thing (rather than to re-render the whole sundry once again, setting off another 13 hours?)

with spot render tool selected, click on "tool settings" tab...and check off "render to a new window"
Thanks, RawArt - it worked! You're awesome
