Is there any technique to get genesis area under groin to look natural?

I put some green lines to show how it will look more natural in the image, I thought perhaps thigh slider may work but that makes it worse, I did have a little success with mesh grabber

but if there is a more effecient way please let me know

Poor guy looks like someone took a knife to his wedding tackle.

A bulge would help imo.
