HU - Problems with changing DAZ account email address

I recently changed the email address on my DAZ account. I easily got the store, forum and DIM email address changed and they seem to be working fine. :-) However I've run into a couple problems you might want to be aware of if you are thinking of changing your DAZ account email address:
1) I'm still getting the daily new product announcement email on my old account, not the new one. (Don't know about PC+ newsletter yet, because I haven't gotten another one since changing email.)
2) I can no longer access any of my help requests that were submitted with the old email address. When I receive a support response on my old email account, I get an error message when clicking on the enclosed link, so I can't respond or see the ticket history. None of the prior help requests are shown when I access the support system with my new email address.
I've submitted a help request about these problems. I hope DAZ will be able to straighten it out.
