I have two outstanding technical support tickets I posted, one in May, the other in early June. Products missing files. I answered some requests for info, including doing a video to demonstrate the product. I have yet to hear back on EITHER of them. Is anyone else having this issue?

Know what? Any product with missing files, I'm returning. I'm not bothering with support, because apparently that isn't an option. And I have a LOT of products with missing files. I'll be requesting refunds on all of them. I should have done it before now. I have no idea what the problem is, but evidently there's somehting.
I think 6 months is about my average for about 3 tickets.
I would add that there is a lot of support on these forums, members will go out of their way to help.
I can't can't/won't comment on the response time, that has been flogged enough (yes, it is long). About the missing files, is this something that started with Studio version 4.20? It has started finding hidden syntax errors that have been lurking in files for a while. There are a couple of recent threads about that specific problem:
Emrys - Evlin : Missing files - Daz 3D Forums, SASE Jazz - missing file? - Daz 3D Forums
After similar results for years, I don't bother with tech support. I immediately return all flawed products.
I've got a ticket that's been open since the start of June. I'm presuming the character has had to go back to the author for major fixes and then go through the resumission routine again.
It would be nice to be kept in the loop, rather than the radio silence that decends as soon as you've proved the problem to Daz.
As I have been installing products on 3 computers, I have found a number of package # 2, # 3, ... that I hadn't found during the initial downloads. Not sure if they appeared after the original purchase or if the names are slightly different and don't sort A/N together or not. Or 'OBJ' or the old Poser files that are needed.
But I have had Tech Reports that have been out for over a year or so, and when closed due to age, I just pop them back to Daz.
