I'm looking for tactical gear

Hello everyone,

As the title says, I'm looking for some specific gear. Basically, a client is commissioning a book cover and provided this as an example of what his main characters should be wearing. I know I've seen some stuff in the store that would work wonderfully, but I tend to skip over this sort of thing when shopping for myself so I can't remember where to look. Skimming the store hasn't turned up the things I remember, so I'm probably searching in the wrong categories.

Does anyone have some suggestions for outfits or gear that could work to recreate this gear?

I just don't understand the rationale  for bare shoulders and showing cleavage in the female version. Seems almost very type of armour from medieval to contemporary to futuristic always has to be "sexy" for females.   In my Shadowrun world, it would be a quick end to a character's career.

If the character(s) for the cover are only male you'd be OK.

It makes more sense if you take a closer look at HH's catalog(ue). I've used the male version on females before, and it works out pretty well.

You could also consider https://www.daz3d.com/mi-tactical-outfit-for-genesis-8-and-81-males, though it doesn't have all the pouches and whatnot.
