Rendering fantasy eyes

I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction to learn how to adjust the surface settings and render settings? for producing a quality render of eyes and face tatoos that came in the Otherworldly product. I have just recently learned how to change surface settings for an improved render for her outfit but I am at a loss where to start making adjustments to get the eyes and facial art to have a quality look as I can see it in the preview. Any help would be appreciated!

I am trying to achieve a render in the eyes using #723. I am rendering in 3Delight.

Those look like the Poser version. Are those presets in the DAZ Studio version as well? Surreality sometimes has some features which are Poser only.

Double checked and yes they were poser files. Installed all the correct Daz files instead and although there is some improvement it is still lacking. Any further ideas would be appreciated.

This is what I'm seeing. I don't have the V4 version installed to check if it looks more like the icon.

OK I figured it out. I didn't realize you had to apply the Wild Elf MAT in the upper left corner first. I thought you could just select whichever colour and tattoo you liked in the list and apply. Thanks for your help!
