Is there a way to reduce the acne on Victoria 8.1? I would like to have a "cleaner" face skin

You can use on any char any other skin of the same family. Just pick a g8.1F skin that you like and apply it on Victoria.

Alternatively, you can photoshop the skin to change the parts that you don't like.

In People>genesis 8 female>materials>base materials, there are 4 skins for G8.1F.

Maybe you can find some free chars with a skin, but most free chars contain generally only the shape and not the skin.

But the best way is to purchase new G8.1F chars. They almost always come wth a skin. Any G8.1F char can do, and you can frequently find some of them heavily discounted.

Note that you can also use the skin of a G8F or G3F char, but it is slightly more complex.

When you are working with Victoria 8.1 you should at least have access to the four available skin materials from the Starter Essentials:

When working with Content Library you can navigate to People/Genesis 8 Female/Materials/Base Materials/Iray you should find:

1. Genesis 8.1 Female Base MAT All Maps A
2. Genesis 8.1 Female Base MAT All Maps B
3. Genesis 8.1 Female Base MAT All Maps C
4. Genesis 8.1 Female Base MAT All Maps D

When working with Smart Content you should find them in Materials/Iray/Feminine/Genesis 8.1 Female/Skin

When you are talking about acne do you mean the visible pores? You could also try to reduce the normal strength settings in the Surfaces pane for the face.

Hello, thanks all for your reply. I have to install the starter kit, that's probably why I wasn't finding any extra skin. With acne I was meaning the freckless. I hope to extend my collection if Daz will do some good deals for the prime day.Would be great to have an extended starter kit with more hairs,clothes,props and poses

You can also use G8 on Victoria 8.1

... Hell, you can use G3, because they are the same texture-wise.

Just put the Torso in the Head and Body slots.

Hello all,

I found the additional maps after installing the starter kit, but unluckily they are not HD.

With acne I mean the red points, see attached image. I tried to change the normal map value, but is not doing a lot in my case.
