Didn't receive a gift card

Hi, it's my first time buying a gift card. After clicking "Place order" and seeing the "Processing" screen, nothing happened, the item still remains in the cart, and there is no order history, nor a gift card in my email including the junk/spam folder, but my bank sent me an email that says the payment was successful. Has anyone experienced this before? I have contacted the customer support but they haven't replied yet.

Yeah, you're gonna need to wait on CS. I have bought a lot of gift cards, and never had this issue.
Try clearing the browser cache. Sign back in to the store and check your Orders. It just might be there. Hope so.
No, I just checked it, it isn't there. But it looks like the amount hasn't been deducted from my account yet so at least I haven't lost anything for nothing. Thank you.
I bought a GC in the last sale for them and for the first time, I never got the email with the code for it. Put in a ticket and was told that the code would be in the record of the order in my account. It was, but it's the first time I had to go and look for it there to get it.
I didn't get the email for my last one, which was end of May. Thinking it was just delayed, I went and got the code from my order, but then it never did end up arriving.
Unfortunately, my credit card did get charged, though.
Daz is aware of this issue with the emails not going out.
I guess they're just to busy with the metaverse to deal with something as silly as email.
