There's one at Rendo for Poser. Otherwise, Turbosquid is your best bet, I think.

It's for Poser, but works well in DAZ Studio.

Came up for me using "police" as a search term. Rendo's search isn't very flexible, so the wider the net you cast, the more likely you are to catch the fish you want.
That one is very low resolution. The toon one I linked to is better quality.

I have what I wanted now. Went with the Heavy Motorcycle Road Cruiser and the The Toon Bike
put them in a blender and hey presto
Heavy Motorcycle Road Cruiser is at the back (kit bashed it a good bit, back seat, rack, move the number plate, flipped it 100%, chopped out one of the pipes flipped it and moved it to the other side) The Toon Bike in the middle just chopped that to bits and there love child is on the right.
Need to do a bit with the lights and livery, but Im happy with it.

and as for the police uniform that worked out ok
I have what I wanted now and I am pleased with how it turned out. I went with the Heavy Motorcycle Road Cruiser and the The Toon Bike for the two main donors.
A bit of fun in Hexagon and hey presto
As I said before the Heavy Motorcycle Road Cruiser I kit bashed it a good bit, back seat, rack and number plate, flipped the whole bike 100%, chopped out one of the pipes flipped it, added to it and moved it to the other side. With the Toon Bike I just chopped that to bits I needed and their Frankenstein love child was born.

the helmet is from "Italian Scooter Extras" by Diane & Predatron again this was kit bashed with material zones and a custom texture. the police shirt and belt is "H&C Police Uniform for Genesis 3 Male(s)" by IH Kang for G8M
the pants & boots are from "Uniforms for Michael 6" by Oskarsson for G2M (will not let me add this to the "Daz 3D items used list fir some reason)
The building, sidewalk and road is "City Office Block" by Predatron.
both the female figures are G8F

Instead of trusting websites search engines, bet instead on Google's search engine to get more pertinent results.
You're looking for something, let's say, on Renderosity ? Then you can ask Google to search for anything, but only on a specific website. Write, for example, on the URL/address bar of your web browser or in the search of Google :
site:renderosity.com police "harley"
This will look for the word police on all of Renderosity's webpages, and each page containing police will also need to have (mandatory) the word Harley because of the quotes.
Works for any website (that does not block Google Crawler). Makes any search much easier.

Reminds me a bit of when I grew up in Milwaukee WI back in the 50s - 70s. All police motorcycles there back then were Harleys including an interesting trike model that had a large utility compartment between the rear wheels.

Apart from having to make the rear pipe, i have found out and know how to to do all that I did in Hexagone can be done in Daz Studio.
this will save some time as Hexagone is not without its problems.
I may redo some parts in Daz to see how it works out, with time a ease of use going forward to my next kitbash project.
