OT - HU - if anybody is expecting contacts that use Rogers

Apparently Rogers [major telephone, ISP, etc.] has a national network issue this day ... nothing working. So if anybody is waiting on email replies, etc. from their friends and/or customers, etc. and they are using Rogers in Canada, it could be awhile, nobody knows how long.

Oh, so that explains why my corner store couldn't accept debit payments when I went this morning. Yeah, kind of a mess, since a lot of government services run on that, too. In all, all Canadian internet traffic is down 25%. I'm on their mobile internet network and that service doesn't seem to have been affected.
It has certainly been a headache for some people today. Even some ATM are down today.
It's now 8 p.m. Eastern and there doesn't seem to be any resolution yet.
