GPU Not Rendering At All!
I've seen countless threads on GPUs of various models not working and none of the fixes worked for me long-term. I have a GTX 1050 on one laptop and an RTX 3050 on another one. I have the same version of DAZ on both (4.20.0.17). On the laptop with the 1050, I have CPU fallback turned off but on with the RTX (didn't change the settings on that one yet). When I render with both GPU and CPU checked and look at the logs after the render, it says the GPU contributed no samples while the CPU did all the heavy lifting. When I render with just the GPU checked I get a blank render result. With the GTX I have the latest GeForce studio driver (516.59) but with the RTX I have the Game Ready as the laptop is shared meaning I can't go too far with rendering sadly. But it is the latest version. Even rendering a couple pixels with the Spot Render tool takes nearly a minute and the Iray preview is too fuzzy to make out the materials and it takes about an hour to render my usual resolution of 1920x1080. It's definitely something with DAZ because rendering in Blender with the GPU works fine.

Daz is literally bullying me XD
The 1050 has just 2GB's of VRAM, not enough to render Iray
Well that sucks.
I just tried rendering with my RTX but it too only used the CPU. I really hope I don't have to change the driver.
Ok I turned off CPU fallback and restarted DAZ and it started rendering with the RTX just fine. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
